Henrietta was born in Elba, Alabama, and passed peacefully on December 6, 2004, at Madigan Army Hospital.She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William T. Spake, Sr.She is survived by her son, William T. Spake, Jr. (Christine); daughter, Barbara Connors (Gary); six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.She will be greatly missed for her humor and southern charm.In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society.A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM, Friday, December 17, 2004, at Mountain View Memorial Park.
