We have known Henrietta for about 30 years give or take a few. We will remember her for saying just what was on her mind, her big smile and how much she loved shopping, sewing and redecorating...She was such a character, we will miss her and her good old fashion southern Alabama ways.

I loved my Mother deeply. It really hurt me when I had found out she passed on December 6, 2004.I had went to go and see her on sunday right before she passed and she had told me that she had wanted to go home but I was not able to take her and that hurts me because I know she would of been happier if I was able to take her home so she could be there with her kids and grandkids in peace. It is hard for me to realize that my mother is no longer here for me, she would always help anyone if they needed help and she would be there in no time.##imported-begin##Barbara Her Loving Daughter##imported-end##
Heidi:My grandma and I had are ups and downs but no matter what I was still there for her when she needed me the most. I love her deeply and it really hurt me when she had passed on December 6, 2004 but she will be greatly missed and it hurts me to think that my grandma is no longer here for me.

I was saddened to read of Henrietta's passing. She was my mom's (Kathryn Zimmerman) best friend for over 40 years. Even in the past couple of years, Henrietta would drive over to Bridgeport Place (the assisted living facility where my mom resides), and either visit with her or take her for a drive stopping at Brown & Haley to buy candy.
