Guillaume Christophe Bega's Obituary
With heavy hearts, we honor the life of Guillaume Christophe Bega, who left us far too soon on March 22, 2025. Born on March 9, 2010, Guillaume brought 15 years of joy, laughter, and love to his family and everyone fortunate enough to know him. Guillaume had a remarkable ability to brighten every room he entered with his warm smile and infectious enthusiasm. A talented individual, Guillaume excelled in many activities, and his passion inspired those around him.
Guillaume was heavily involved in Scouts and was a member of both Troop 436 in Lakewood, where he earned his Eagle, and Ship 110 in Tacoma, where he recently earned his Abel rank. Guillaume was a great mentor to younger scouts taking the time to teach them scout skills, and enjoyed his time as a staffer at NYLT. He loved the outdoors, summer camp, long cruise, and being with his scout friends. He will forever be remembered by his loving family, and countless friends who were touched by his kind heart and vibrant spirit.
Guillaume is survived by his parents France & Jackie Bega; his brothers Jacques, Jean-Pierre, Bernard, & Gerard Bega; his sisters Gabrielle, Genevieve, Jeanette, & Isabelle Bega, and his niece Stella-Maris Bega. Guillaume is preceded in death by his sister Bernadette-Marie Bega
Guillaume's life was a gift to us all, and though his time was brief, his impact was profound. May we continue to carry his memory in our hearts, celebrating the legacy of love, laughter, and kindness he leaves behind.
