Uncle Gordon walks my mother Pam, his older sister, down the aisle at my wedding in July of 2012.
I worked for Gordon off and on since 1995. He was one of the few people that i enjoyed having for a boss/leader. if there was an issue or question he would take the time to listen and help if he could.
There are few people in the world like Gordon and he will be missed.

My sincere thoughts and Prayers to the Moreshead Family.
I have only known Gordon a few years as a friend and Ham. I have really enjoyed my time spent with Gordon and had looked forward to many more years of playing radio, working with him, and had it not been for Covid-19 we were going to go to his favorite Island together last year and had hoped to make the trip with him this year. God Speed my friend, you will be greatly missed as a silent key K7RWI.
Respectfully,
Randy K7RHT
Dear loved ones,
Gordon was a wonderful man. I really enjoyed his vivits as he traveled through Green River (always stopping to visit). You all were so lucky to have him in your lives knowing you will miss him dearly. All my love, hugs and prayers to ALL of you as you will always be in my heart.
First of all, I would like to send my sincerest sympathies to Gordon's family.
I worked for Gordon from the beginning of ILC, off and on through the years. He was always so kind and understated and managed to keep our ILC family together. I always loved the fact that he went abroad and built solar structures to help others. I feel privileged that I knew him and will miss him.

I am one of the admirers that Gordon gained here in the extended Kittitas Valley. I knew him as K7RWI as he shared stories and advice on our daily morning coffee round table on 147.360Mhz.
One of my best memories was a tour of his amateur radio station and more during a visit to his home north of Ronald. His energy and creativity along with that of his XYL was inspiring on many levels.
Lucky me! I got to know him and enjoy his companionship for a short while. I will enjoy shared memories gained from him until I some day become an SK myself.

I met Gordon while he was working for the VA, and listened to his goals for a new company which became known an ILC. Later, at my own job crossroads I called Gordon seeking his advice. Next thing I knew, he had hired me to ILC and became not only a colleague, but a friend and fellow traveler in this life.
I enjoyed and relied on his wisdom and calmness, coupled with his humor and strong sense of adventure over the many years as worked together. Our friendship exceeded mere work relationships, and his Christian heritage and demonstrated life remain a model for me.
Gordon will be missed by me and so many others. My sincere condolences to his family, of which he spoke often. He’s one of the good ones.
