I am saddened to learn tonight at a 2/4 Artillery reunion that you have passed away. It was heartwarming to see you again the only time you were able to come to a reunion. You were the bravest and most loyal radio man ever! I could always count on you to be with me in firefights with the VC. You loved music and you were often humming a tune. I miss you Geordie but I’m confident you are at peace.
My dear 'CUZ' (as we addressed each other!). We have had a forever life together, born only 3 months apart. Countless memories of our growing up (or did we?) In recent times I want to remember when we hung out in New York City in 2014 with friend Scotty, taking in all the sights with our chauffeur, not missing a meal and long nights. Most pointedly is our day together on Alki Beach (May 27, 2021), sharing breakfast, tour of West Seattle, family pictures and just fun chat! Rest in Peace dear CUZ.

Gordy, you were always at the Williams, Duncan & Iverson family functions with Georgia and it was always good to see you both with a smile on your faces. The times have changed and the family functions are only memories but there were a lifetime full of them.
I know your are with the rest of the family who have left before us and that brings comfort to those of us that haven't left this earth yet. Some day we will all meet again.

I am so saddened at your passing. I will miss you so much. I remember the phone calls we made talking about politics, movies, music, travel, friends and family. You were so comforting to me when Keith passed. :I sobbed on the phone while you patiently listened.
I remember your trips to Florida and the fun we had. I remember when Keith took ;you to the driving range and put a club in your hands. He vowed that the next time you visited he would have you on the course. We went to the pool, went to Christmas Concerts, drove around in the golf cart doing "The Pumpkin run".
We talked of your experiences of Vietnam, the kitten you rescued, the patrols in the jungle, the canned peaches you ate.
You came to support me when I had my surgery. I remember the 3 days we had together when everyone else left. We watched movies, talked more. I loved your very indepth opinion on things. You were an astute man that seemed to up to date on most issue.
I rejoice in the knowledge that you are with God, Georgia, Danny, your Mom and others.
Your journey on earth is over and you are at peace.
So shall I be at peace knowing you are happy, healthy and whole again.
