Grandpa will be sorely missed by me. He has always been a bright spot in my life, when we come to visit or camp at the farm, I always just enjoyed being near him. Grandpa rarely had too many words, but his smile always made me feal like a special granddaughter to him. Im so honered that Jerry and I were able to join Grandma and Grandpa on the trip to family reunion in Germany 2008 and the Hawaii trip in 2010. Wow what an incredible experience to be with him, and see him enjoy his life so much. I am sorry Grandpa is gone for now and I know we will meet again. Great Grandson Jesse says wow 96 years, what a trooper! He says his heart aches and he feels bad for Great Grandma and the whole family. Best wishes and we send our Love, Lisa Jerry and Jesse##imported-begin##Lisa Meiers##imported-end##
