Frank went to join his wife who he missed dearly married 66 years on July 9, 2022.
He resided in Tacoma, WA, Frank was born May 5, 1933.
He was preceded in death by his wife Jean Taylor deceased March 13, 2020 during Covid, services were put on hold, son Kenneth Taylor.
He is survived by his daughter Jeanne Wixom and her husband Steve, Grandson Steven Wixom.
Frank served 4 years in the Navy, retired from the Operating Engineers 612 (57 years).
