Frank was a dear friend to my family and co worker of my father Jack Sulley. I have many memories of the entire Taylor family but especially wanted to single out the support that Frank provided to our family when my mother passed in the late 1970. It was such kindness. Please accept my most sincere condolences on the passing of Frank.
