I will speak for our Sunrise Circle in saying we have missed Fran since she moved in with her daughter and son-in-law in NE. Tacoma. She was a faithful member, a neighbor of mine, car-pooler with me and conversationalist of all good things. She has been in my thoughts frequently lately as we prepare for our yearly fund-raising bazaar, and now I know why. God has blessed her with his highest blessing-----a place in his heavenly home! I send condolences to her family near and far and all her friends. We all loved and will miss her until we meet again.

Goodbye Fantastic Frannie. In addition to your own wonderful family, you were part of ours (Judy Galbraith’s) for many years, as well as her favorite globe-trotting travel companion.
