Dear Paul, Billy, Sharon, Sandy and extended family,
We want to express our sadness at the news of Frances's passing but also our praise to the Lord for taking her home. We have known that she was a very unusual Christian lady from the time we met her and all of you in Vicenza in 1958. We will be sending a donation in her honor to the Saints in Cuba through Mel Rose.

I enjoy going over to Frances house to stay with her when she was sick. The only thing about it was that she wanted to do all the work when I was suppose to be there to help her. She will always have a special place in my heart.##imported-begin##Lois Conn##imported-end##
God said, "Take my hand", she accepted. With total trust & belief in her God. Knowing she was heaven bound & anxious to be on her way. For so long she asked us to pray God would take her home. I'm sure each day she felt it was just a nuisance having to stick around. What a wonderful feeling that left the rest of us with. She taught many of us how to enjoy life & laugh as well as how to take that final "curtain call" as Paul would say. She was ready much sooner to take flight with the "Angel's".Dick will miss her stealing kisses while she made sure I was there to watch. Every Sun. morning that was her game. What a kind & loving woman. From what we understand she was a very "gutsy" woman. I only hope some day her adventure's will be written down where everyone can read them. The one's I've heard leave me absolutely bent over with laughter. Thank-you my dear friend for all the wonderful memories. Paul...I wish I'd had a chance to see your mom one more time here, but now I get to look forward to seeing her 'up there'. She was quite a kick. I always enjoyed her "honey" at the services, along with her hugs. I know there must be mixed feelings at this time. It's always tough to lose a loved one from our presence, but it's comfort to know she is in a better place than we. I hope all her family can take solace in that fact.
