I still remember Floyd and the years we spend together growing up in Cleburne, Texas and his mother being my Sunday School teacher at Central Church in Cleburne. It's been so many years looking for the smile across the way when I visit Lakeview will be hard. I will never forget the first time I met you and Floyd, Sharon and I were new to the area and a warm hand shake from a person who cared. The years with your children growing at Southside and knowing you were a couple we could see raising your sons and daughters always faithful. He was always trying to get me to lead singing and did a few times. Our heart goes out to you as you know I lost Sharon in 1991, I know the depth of your love. I remember meeting you and one of the girls on a walk down on the waterfront before his heart surgery. I saw in your eyes the love you had for him. It won't be long and we will all be together again.
