Eugene T. McKay
Eugene T. McKay passed away July 13th, surrounded by family. He was born October 22, 1927 in Uniontown, PA; the last survivor of eight children born to Richard and Madeline McKay.
Gene served in the US Army enlisting during WWII. Following his service, he attended the University of Nebraska and reentered the Army following graduation. While stationed in Germany, he met his wife Lois E. Robblee. They had three children and were married for 47 years before she passed away in 2003. In 2007 he married Emi Swan, a longtime family friend.
Gene had a longstanding banking career with Puget Sound National Bank, holding several positions and retiring with the title of Vice President. He loved relaxing at Fox Island, spending time with family, and playing bridge with friends.
Gene is survived by his wife Emi McKay; and his children Tom Jr. (Leslie), Kathryn Risa (Steve), and Laurie DeLorey. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will take place on Wednesday, July 18th at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church at 11:00 AM. Viewing times are Tuesday, July 17 from 1-9:00 PM at Mountain View Funeral Home and also at the church prior to the memorial service.
