Elgin Olrogg, Sr. was born August 17, 1922 in Dunkirk, New York. At the age of 10 his family moved to Niagara Falls, NY. He attended Niagara University until serving 3-1/2 years as an infantry officer during World War II overseas. Read Obituary

Elgin was a very special friend and and we feel fortunate to have known him.
We were only casual friends until you bought your home in Sun City. From that time on we had many wonderful times together.
Elgin was soft spoken, and you felt his intelligence when he spoke. He was always himself.He was successful all his life and won the respect of all he met. We remember his kindness and his quick wit. When he smiled, his whole face became the smile.
