Ed was one of my best friend's. To have a closeness like we did without being a coulple is a "rare find", and I know I will never have that again...He was there for me and I was there for him...If anything was going wrong in our lives ,as a joke he would say it was because he and I suffered from the middle child syndrome. Sometimes I think he did believe that....He was "Uncle Ed" to my children. They Loved him very much. For all the things he did and was to them....With all of the deaths that I have known, this one has truly devastated me and I don't think I can recover..."Ed I Love You so much,and I will miss our long talks,eating our favorite food (chicken),watching movies together, reading each others poems and everything else we did.
