Dear Dorothy and Family: I was so sad to hear of Don's passing. Don was a very good man, a great builder and a trusted friend. The Washington Court Apartments is one of the best properties I know of. The quality of his work lives on in his buildings and in my appreciation for his caring ways.
I'm sad to see this great man pass. Please accept my deepest sympathy.##imported-begin##Donald G. Arsenault##imported-end##
Dear Dorothy and family - our family has such fun memories of times at the house in Lakewood with Don... always the gracious host and ready to make sure we had a good time. Watching him in his shop was amazing, as he crafted wood and even stone into beautiful and useful objects. And seeing him with his grandchildren - holding them as babies - the love and pride he showed! We will treasure the memories and keep the entire family in prayer during the difficult times of remembering and heartache - knowing that you also have the hope of eternal life and joy of seeing Don again in the life to come. May God comfort and bless you all. Love, Anne-Marie, Stan, Hannah and Abigail Lake##imported-begin##Stan & Anne-Marie Lake##imported-end##
We are sad to hear of the passing of Don and our hearts go out to Dorothy and the family. We have wonderful memories of our visits at the lake, Don's pride in his family, his masterful woodwork and his welcome to us whenever we stopped by. We know he will be happy to see Tom.##imported-begin##Paul and Darlene Longridge##imported-end##
We were saddened to read of Don's passing in Sunday's paper. Our thoughts and memories go back many years to the time we first met Don and Dorothy in the early 50's and the fun we four had learning to square dance and then later bowling on Sat. nights. Our friendship continued and in 1971 the four of us flew to Hawaii to celebrate our respective 25th anniversaries.
Don was a kind and generous man. He sometimes took Bob skiing with him on the slopes And for years he picked up another member and me and drove us to our craft meetings in Gig Harbor.
Don was a family man who delighted in telling of his family's accomplishments and who gave credit to Dorothy for pulling him through after his fall from a tree in his yard.
Our prayers and condolences go out to you Dorothy and to your family. We will miss him too.##imported-begin##Bob & Lou Ruff##imported-end##
