Deanna Clarke-McMath's Obituary
Deanna Lou Clarke-McMath, born Deanna Lou Schroeder, peacefully passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 59, in Puyallup, Washington. She was surrounded by her loving family. Deanna was born on November 16, 1963, in Lancaster, California.
Deanna was the beloved wife of Derrick McMath and a devoted mother to Alicia Annis (Heath Annis), Sarah Clarke, Christopher, Chringle, and Camren McMath. She was the cherished grandmother of Lochlan and Kyla. Deanna is survived by her father, Charles Schroeder, and her siblings, Chuck Schroeder (Jasvin Schroeder), Mary Perez (Rick Perez), and Rick Schroeder (Colleen Schroeder). She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Schroeder.
Deanna will be remembered for her passion for cooking and her ability to bring her family together around the table. Her infectious laughter could light up a room, and she had a childlike spirit, especially during the Christmas season. Deanna loved the traditions she started with her daughters and was known for her generosity and willingness to help others. She was adored by many and will be deeply missed. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

In her professional life, Deanna was the proud owner of Groomingdales pet salon, where she dedicated herself to caring for furry friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions be made to Toys for Tots (toysfortots.org) and SA Angel Tree (saangeltree.org) in Deanna's memory.
May Deanna's legacy of love, laughter, and generosity continue to inspire all who knew her. She will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
A Memorial Service to honor Deanna's life will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 2:00pm in the Aspen Chapel, located in Mountain View Funeral Home's Celebration of Life Center. Following the service, a reception will be held in the Willow room of the same building. Funeral arrangements have been faithfully entrusted to Mountain View Funeral Home, located at 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood, WA, 98499.
