David Hibbard's Obituary
On November 16th Jesus took my one and only Daddy Home to be with him. He passed from this life at Puget Sound Health Care Nursing Home in Olympia into GodÂ's presence. He has 3 brothers, Culver Hibbard, who passed on when he was only 18 years old. Then Bob Hibbard, who also preceded him, and Ken Hibbard who lives in Steilacoom, WA. David was also preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Hibbard and a son, Baby David. He leaves behind a daughter, Diane Thovsen; a niece, Heidi Lee; a cousin, Harland Malyon; 2 grandchildren, Robert and Michael Thovsen; 3 great-grandchildren, Stephanie, Joshua, and Steven Thovsen; and many many friends and extended family members. He was a World War II Vet., and a member and then Governor of the Moose Lodge in Tacoma, WA. His main hobbies were working and driving his car. Visitation will be from 11 A.M. until 9 P.M., Thursday November 20th at Mt View Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10 A.M., Friday, November 21, 2003 at the Mt. View Garden Chapel.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your favorite charity.
