David Allen Casper
David was born November 14, 1953 in Pendleton, OR and passed away suddenly at his home in Tacoma, WA on November 8, 2013. He is survived by his parents Milton and Laura Casper, his lifelong companion Joan Hatch, plus many uncles, aunts and cousins.
David attended schools in PA, AL, CO and graduated from Hermiston High School. He was also a Korean War Veteran being honorably discharged from the US Army on July 8, 1973.
David worked for Schuur Bros. in Puyallup for 19 years until the job market declined. For the past 3 years he worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers at the Ballard Locks in Seattle. WA. Though the commute was very long, he so enjoyed working for all the men and women there.
A memorial and celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
