Steve Dewitt
Dave Carter worked for the DeWitt family aka Northwest Door for well over 30 years. He was a valued team member at Northwest Door starting with us at our first location in Tacoma. Dave helped us to start making wood doors at our 5000 sq ft building in about 1970 and served many years as plant manager as we progressed through the years. We grew from a 5000 sq ft building to a 285,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Fredrickson, all accomplished with Dave’s help and over site. He always said he loved Northwest Door and we all loved Dave Carter. He was as dedicated, honest and hard working as you can find. The DeWitt family and all the Northwest Door family will miss Dave. Dave deeply believed in his faith and he is now at rest.
We will miss you “Mr. Carter”. Thank you so much for your help, insight and friendship for all those years. We were blessed to have you on our team.
