My husband and I both worked with Darlene at Lakes High School. She was a gentle spirit who had such a gift of relating to all the students. She was quick with a smile and her laughter was contagious. Rest in peace dear friend.

I still make her famous crab and artichoke dip every year for Thanksgiving. I have many fond memories of Mrs. E, but cooking with her was one of my favorites. A great lady gone too soon. Rest in peace, Darlene.
