Daniel James Reed's Obituary
Daniel James Reed, age 64, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 in DuPont, Washigton. He was born in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri on July, 27, 1956, the son of Raymond and Charlotte Reed.
Dan worked for the Washington State Department of Transportation and retired in 2018.
Dan will be remembered as someone with a great sense of humor and was always smiling, joking and laughing. He had a big heart that was very loving, loyal, generous, warm and a father-figure to many. His greatest accomplishment was becoming a grandpa. Dan enjoyed telling stories to everyone he loved, and to anyone that would listen. He enjoyed company and conversations with all. From early on he always had a love for motorcycles and fast cars. He was always looking for the next adventure. His family and friends loved him very much and will greatly miss all of those things.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Charlotte. Dan is survived by his loving wife Lora, daughter Rochelle (Donny Henderson) Lacey, Washington, granddaughter Emily, brothers Tom Reed (Anita) Big Lake, Alaska, Scott Reed (Mercy) Barrigada, Guam and Dale Reed Dededo, Guam and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins around the world who loved him dearly.
