We send our condolences to Connie's family. The last time we visited with Connie was the Faaborg Family Reunion in June 2010. I am so sorry that she lost her battle with cancer, and won't be able to attend any future reunions in Iowa. We will miss her. Here are a few photo memories from that event.
You will be so missed Aunt Connie! I am beyond grateful to have been your niece. We tend to have a no politics rule at family gatherings and I remember one Christmas long ago when Connie was standing up for her beliefs and my Grandpa was egging her on with an ornery smile and she had had enough! I think about that often because Connie and I share a very similar passion for politics left of center 😉 Aunt Connie I am so thankful my daughters were able to meet you. I promise to carry on your legacy of strength and compassion. We love you.
