Clyde, it's been about three years. I'm going to start crying, i can now express a little bit how i feel about him being gone with out soaking the keyboard. I miss him dearly, he was the backbone of our family.He was a kind loving gentle man with me, his favorite sister, how I miss him. I miss him so much. But life does go on and he will always have a place in my heart where he will stay forever. To the Young Family:
I've known Clyde and most of you for many years. We all attended church together and my brother Craig and I attended school with Clyde, Easter and Rickey at Gault Junior Highâ€¦a long time ago. We even worked together for a short while. Clyde seemed to always have a smile to greet you, always friendly.
I was fortunate and feel blessed to have had an opportunity visit with him recently. Along with his sisters Sandra and Juanita, we shared some laughs, gossip (wellÃ‚â€¦) and other infoÃ‚â€¦it was a good time.
While there aren't many words that will comfort you at this time, be assured that Clyde is at peace and resting in the arms of the Lord. His wonderful spirit will live on in all you.

At times like these we wonder why
We cannot know the reasons
Still in our hearts we know that life

To The Young Family
I had the privilidge of knowing Clyde for 26 years. He was one of the most animated, fun individuals that I have ever met. I had the honor of having a daughter with Clyde and she has become the light of my life. His legacy is definately his children. All of them are strong, intelligent, beautiful human beings and I thank him from bringing all of them into my life. I feel as though we are all just extended family instead of "ex's". Teauna, I am so sorry for your loss. You were so strong during Clyde's illness and I have great respect for you. You two will be together again someday, have faith in that. May God watch over your family and keep you safe.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Clyde and the rest of the Young family for over 35 years. It saddens me that we will all miss his bright smile, but I am also glad in knowing that we had him in our lives though it seems it was for such a little while. I have had the privilege of knowing and being a friend of Clyde's for it seems like my whole life. All the memories we've shared together. Some sad, but mostly fun, great times, laughing out loud good times. He was the kind of friend that would always have my back no matter what. There will be no replacing that kind of friend. I am blessed to have had the last couple of good days he had with him. Spending time with him was somthing we needed to say goodbye.
Clyde, maybe now will be the time you will get that first "hole in one" or that big Texas jackpot.
You will be missed, but never forgotten.

To Our Brother Clyde. God must have been please with your work here on earth to take you from us at such a young age. To be standing by his side now, one can only envy. To see nothing but beauty and love and innocense must be something. To be in a place where there is no more illness, uglyness, or pain. We can only Imagine. My Brother you have been blessed.
Just as you are blessed, you have blessed us for over 30 years. Wow! Yes you will be missed, very much so, but to see your beautiful family will forever remind us of you. What a great father, brother, husband and friend you were. Thank You for being our friend, and our brother. Thank you for leaving us with all the good memories.
