Cliff was a great friend and Mentor to all of us here at Central Pierce Fire and Rescue's, Emergency Vehicle Maintenance Shop! Cliff served our communities by his knowledge and training in braking systems that he taught all of our technicians, state wide. Your knowledge will go on forever. He will be missed!
It was an honor to care for Mr. Welch. His visits always lightened my day.
