Claude Blankenship's Obituary
Claude E. Blankenship, 94, passed on September 16, 2014 in Tacoma, WA. He is survived by his daughters Cheryl Shanburn; Nancy Kellogg, and Patty Antonson., brothers Leroy & Dwayne Blankenship; His longtime companion Lora Flom; 12 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren; 15 great great grandchildren. Claude was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Maxine Blankenship; a son Claude E. Blankenship; a daughter Carole L. Kennedy; a grandson Craig V. Shanburn; and a granddaughter Tracy V. Shanburn.
Visitation will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home on Saturday & Sunday, from 10am to 8pm. A graveside service will be on Monday, 9/22, 11am at Mountain View Memorial Park. A celebration of Claude's life will be held at 11am, September 27th, at the Lighthouse Christian Church, 3409 23rd St. SW, Puyallup, WA 98373. Following the celebration of life there will be a potluck reception at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Mountain View Funeral Home.
