Dear Bundrocks,
I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy and condolenaces to everyone in the family; especially to Roberta, Shirley and Diane with whom I grew up with in Ruston. Yes, it seemed the Bundrock's house was like a "second house" the family made me feel so welcome whenever I went over to play with Shirley. We had a lot in common; both Russ and Bunny worked at the Boathouse!, we had fun going down to visit them at the Boathouse! along with all the other fun things we always did together; remember? I'm so glad that I went over and shook Bunny's hand at the Ruston reunion last August, and I know it was likwise, he seemed glad to shake my hand.
I'm not surprised about your loss; with what Shirley and Roberta had told me during the time of Taste-of-Tacoma the end of June. But we are never really prepared for the loss of a loved one and it is hard to accept. We are in shock and first, and I think that is God's way of helping you get through the tough first few days after your loved one's death.
Just remember, that your Dad/husband probably went to a "better place", he is at peace; God is with you all, and that you have many loved ones (family and friends) that are there for you during this most difficult time and are praying for you. If I can say one thing to help you through this is that you will rely on each other so much and be thankful for each other - you will become closer than ever, with family and friends. Ofcourse, closer to God. He is with you through all of this; I'll pray for you. (And, also, remember that you will always have your Dad with you in your heart, and all of the memories)!
God Bless, Linda(Johnson)Napier
