Born an only child, said she never wanted to be alone. Married Bert McGregor on September 27, 1947. They moved to Tacoma in 1952 with 2 small children (4 & 2) and pregnant with the third. Mum called Tacoma her home for 67 years. She was the Honor Queen of Job’s Daughters, Life member of the Order of Eastern Star (which she held almost every office), obtained US citizenship in 2005. After 75 years, she graduated with the class of 2016 at Van Tech High School in Vancouver, Canada. She held several championships of Scottish dances, traveled abroad and RV’d throughout the United States. Mum loved life, to have fun, tell a joke, make you laugh and feel welcomed. She will ALWAYS be “our” Matriarch of the family.
Walter & Robina Longmuir (her Dad & Mom), Bert McGregor (Husband) and Manuel Rosario, Jr. (Son in Law), all became angels before her.
She is survived by son Bill (Barbara) McGregor, daughters Bonnie (Mike) Bell and Gayle Rosario. 11 Grand Children: Jennifer (Jon), Jeff (Jessica), Steven, Stephany (David), Drew (Merissa), Sera (Adrian), Debbie (Brian), Karen (Keith), Kristen (Chuck), Rochelle, Rhonda, and 31 Great Grand Children.
