From my heart I can say that Cheryl Stacy really set a wonderful example of what being a great mom is all about. I remember years ago as a young mom myself being in such awe of her amazing energy, humor and grace raising Chandra, Brandon and Austin. She could just do it all, work hard every day at her job, raise those incredible kids, take care of her home and garden and never missed an opportunity to laugh. She was kind and generous, loving and thoughtful. Cheryl insisted on caring for newborn baby Alex Stacy in 1989 so Jeff and I could go out to dinner for our anniversary telling me "Don't ever let your special day go by with out celebrating!" It was so hard to be away from that little baby, but knowing he was with Cheryl was such a huge comfort, and she taught this then young wife and mother a valuable life lesson.
This world is a better place because Cheryl Stacy lived in it. And, I am a better person for having known her.

She was the best. Such a nice person. Her heart was so big you could tell the moment you met her. Always that sweet smile and those beautiful eyes. Loved her kids!!!!
