As a member of the Tacoma Rose Society, Charlotte participated in our many activities such as rose shows and volunteering at the Point Defiance Rose Garden as we deadheaded the roses all summer. She served on our Board of Directors, as well. Her kind and friendly manner and good nature will be dearly missed.🌹
On behalf of her many friends in the Tacoma Rose Society, we extend our deepest condolences to Linda Chalker Scott and family. Charlotte was such a kind and gracious lady who also loved roses.
