I had just spoken to you a few days of your passing you help me to learn and understand just where my dad George Lambert side of the family was like and came from . I remember when my son needed a mattress and you told me to come by and pick it up, I will miss your smile alot and our talks rest in peace Sheryl Lambert Wesley your niece
Nana,
There's not one day that goes past where you do not come to my mind. I miss you sooo much. You were the best grandmother anyone could ask for. Your smile was contagious and so was your laugh. I will miss you and I will keep your spirit alive. You will always be in my heart. I love you Nana.
June 18, 2014, Nanny (Mom) it's been 28 days since God called you home. I am doing ok for now because I know you are in a better place. You are not suffering and going through, from feeling up to down and around over and over no more, and I'm in a good place about that.
I miss our phone calls, laughter, and talking about how your days with dialysis and medical appts were. I miss you, your voice and your sweetness. I wish I had saved some voice mails from you. I will get a couple from Cathy she has some she said she would keep.
You never commented on my weight gain (to me) like some of the others. You knew I could care less what anybody say about me then and now. God used you to strengthen me to be about my health before your passing. I am on a health track and will make healthier choices. You are gone but not forgotten.
I have your pink robe, white crop jacket, earrings, perfume, watch and other items. The robe and jacket is a little small, but I am determined to lose this weight.
I thank God for a calm, patient, loving spirit I got from you. Your homegoing was loving, joyous and beautiful with great planning all around. So many people, family and friends came for you and sent many cards, money, flowers and plants.
You rest and thanks for the mother you were. All our blessed love, Pat, James and Long
I WANNA SAY WHEN I FIRST MET YOU AT OUR FAMILY REUNION IN MEMPHIS YOU WERE SO SWEET AND KIND YOU HAD A SMILE THAT WOULD LIGHT UP THE ROOM I AM SO GLAD WE GOT A CHANCE TO MEET COUSIN CHARLESETTA I WISH WE HAD GOTTEN ANOTHER CHANCE TO SPEND SOMETIME TOGETHER BUT I STILL REMEMBER THAT WEEKEND I LOVE YOU AND MAY YOU CONTINUE TO R.I.PARADISE FROM YOUR COUSIN JENNIFER IN MEMPHIS
Nana, I am truly going to miss you. You were an outstanding mother and grandmother. Thanks for all of the love that you gave to me and my family. Thanks for babysitting my daughter when she was born. You spoiled her rotten. I sure do miss the days when I was off from work and you came over to my house to visit and we would just sit and talk and eat. I am going to miss your sweet smile and your laugh. You will always be in my heart and I love you dearly.
