We owe, I had moved Jan.of 2017 and totally lost touch with both Gene and Carolyn. Gene was the kindest and most honest man I ever knew. He wasn't a friend he was my accountant. Carolyn was dear and so fun. We learned stained glass together and had a business called Glass roots for a bit. Our friend Rauna was part of it and then Gene and Carolyn moved to Colorado for awhile. They were the best. I have her voice on cd's where she interviewed my husband while doing her research of veterans. Two of the kindest people. There is a big group of people from St. Charles Wards in the other side now.

Sister Walker was in my ward growing up. She always showed kindness and love toward others. I have stayed in contact with her throughout the years but lost touch when I moved out of state after getting married. I considered her my adoptive grandma. I will never forget the example she has set for me. Sending prayers to all her family

I enjoyed visiting her each Sunday with Gene. We would take her the sacrament and then bring her music she could sing along with ( Elvis, Neal Diamond and Bing Crosby’s Christmas tunes). Despite the dimentia, she was able to sing along. She will be missed. Condolences from our family to the family.
