I worked with Carlos at WSH 1989-1998 when he was in charge of Security. I can still see his face with his great smile. He was a kind and gentle man. He would often come to my office and chat. He would always try and do the right thing very much a people pleaser. Such a great man and very much a gentleman. My thoughts or with his family during this difficult time of their loss of him.
What a great man!! My words cannot truly express the pain in my heart. I shared many memories and stories with him. He will be missed by many many people besides our family. I worked with Carlos at WSH at the (then) Safety and Security Department - early 80’s. We also became friends. We stayed in touch many years after I left, and even though the contact became infrequent he was always on my mind and in my heart. I am so sorry Kumiko and family for your loss. He was loved by many.
