Tamara Stewart
You are alive in my heart and my memories.
I think of you.
I think of you in my quiet moments, in the pauses and breaths I take between the daily running here and there.
I wonder what you're doing
... how you're doing
... if you're happy
...and I hope you have had all our relatives who came before us surround you with love and guide you
I think about the hugs we had and the inside jokes we laughed at, in light hearted times and in the toughest of times for you. I liked your laugh. ;-)
Remember when you were standing behind my chair while watching Harry Potter? A scary scene startled me, I yelled and threw my hands up, my glass of water flying up and behind me, barely missing you and hitting the dining room wall? Everyone burst into laughter... Hahahahahaha!!!
I think about the things you loved in life...
- Southwest Steak & Cheese Subway sandwiches, followed by pizza, and enchiladas
- Stargate episodes
- Star Wars archetypes
- Singing your soul out
- Writing raps
- science, philosophy, logic, and economics
- Deadpool
- heros, like marvel characters
I think of how we might have helped you better, and how we did the best we could to help you grow, always with compassion and hope and tempered by goals and directions important for your future as an independent adult.
I think of all the wonderful achievements and experiences you had in your life, and smile at your enthusiasm and discoveries along the way. I'm proud of you.
I think of your good heart, how you cared for others (even though there were times your temper and frustration won out temporarily).
I love you so much.
