Bonnie Anne Kisbye-Ingram died peacefully in her home state of Washington on February 5th at 80 years old. Bonnie was born in Everett, WA, to Edward & Marianne McPike. She was the baby of the family with two doting older brothers, Read Obituary

Bonnie was always a joy to work with during my tenure at POSPD. A bright smile, a kind word, a helping attitude! There needs to be more like Bonnie, and now years later she still stands out in the winners circle of great people I have come across in my policing career.
