Bob was a great neighbor and fellow veteran. Achieving the rank of chief master sergeant is only possible for 1 percent of the Air Force enlisted structure. You become a servant to those that got you to this position. Bob was in so many ways "that servant". After his retirement you could find him as a Red Cross Volunteer @ JBLM or in his neighborhood helping where he could.
