Blanche E Lenoue's Obituary
On November 27, 2013 Blanche went peacefully to her heavenly home. She was born in Minot, ND on January 18, 1923 and lived most of her 90 years in Tacoma, WA. She is survived by her daughters, Bonnie Lovell (Jim) of Tacoma and Louise Cartwright of Provo, UT; 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 48 great great grandchildren at last count.
The legacy she leaves behind is the love for her family, and teaching them to be caretakers of those that need help. She found her purpose in life as an aid at nursing homes. When she wasn’t working she was fishing and camping with her late husband, Roy. She loved life and wore a smile through the storms that she traveled. She always knew God walked her through the hard times. This last year at Merrill gardens of Puyallup, she discovered her purpose in life wasn’t over. She helped those that needed it, she listened to their stories, and she smiled at those she passed in the halls. She found a companion to share time with that made her feel loved and useful. They enjoyed meals, Wii bowling and dime bingo together. She discovered life wasn’t over until God called her home.
The family wants to thank all those at Merrill Gardens of Puyallup and those at Puyallup Nursing and Rehab Center for the loving care that she received.
