I'm saddened to hear of Bertha's death. She was always a pleasant person. I met her when I was 21 years old. I'm now 46. I will never forget how she always treated me with courtesy and respect.

Please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of Bertha. My mother, Marjorie Bigelow, had the pleasure of working with Bertha at DSHS for many years and I always enjoyed seeing her when I visited the offices.
