Bertha Eva Bledsoe's Obituary
Bertha Eva Bledsoe, a former Tacoma resident, passed away peacefully November 15, 2003 in McCleary, WA. She was born on January 13, 1923 in Tacoma, WA as one of thirteen children born to Jacob and Eva Kerth.She was a longtime active member of Zion Lutheran Church in Tacoma. She loved conversation and was always hospitable to anyone who walked through her door. She enjoyed flowers and spending time in her yard.Bertha was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Norman Earl Bledsoe, and ten siblings. She is survived by her children, David Norman Bledsoe of Federal Way, Noreen Ann (Sam) Baderdeen of Elma, and Darrin Richard (Chamane) Bledsoe of Elma; brother, Larry Kerth of Huntington Beach, CA; sister, Marlene Pearson of Tacoma; grandchildren, David Jr., Lori, Amber, and Beth; great-grandchildren, Chad, Brad, Mercedes, and Spencer; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.Visitation will be from 9 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. Friday, November 21, 2003 at Mt. View Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 2 P.M., at the Mt. View Celebration of Life Center.
