I remember going to the house in Oakville after I moved back to Washington after 2004 with my mom (Barb's sister Marilynn). When you went to Aunt Barb's, you stayed up late playing dice or dominos. That is just how things were. She would over-feed you, and Bill would clean up. Her and mom always ended up singing together, sharing stories about their youth, and most times making me blush with their frank and sassy conversations. She would get out her mom's things she had kept and we would play dress-up and be silly. She was really fun to be silly with, and I am glad I saw that side of her. No matter what, Barb was always there for my mom. She was there for me several times as well. You will be missed, Aunt Barb. I love you, and thank you for adding to my world.
