The Sandstrom family go back over 60 years. We knew each other through the VFW. We had such great times. We will always remember them! May God bless you and your family.
She was my person. For awhile I was hers. My grandma was hilarious. And thoughtful. Sometimes both just to let me know I did come by it honestly. Our nursing home lunch dates followed by General Hospital were everything. She knew what she was in for and with Grace and humor, bravely faced every day of her life. Let's all do that too.

RIP Mom. ❤️

BARBARA AND BILL BAMFORD WERE JUST ABOUT THE FIRST COUPLE I MET IN 1953 IN RAY C. ROBERTS POST V.F.W.,
WE HAVE BEEN THE BEST OF FRIENDS SINCE. WHEN BILL PASSED, I WAS THE FIRST PERSON SHE CALLED FOR HELP.
THERE COULD NOT BE A FINER PERSON TO HAVE FOR A GOOD FRIEND.
WE WILL MISS HER AT THE PAST PRESIDENTS NIGHT AT THE POST. BUT MOST OF ALL I WILL MISS HER. MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO THE FAMILY.

I wish I could runaway to heaven to be with you grandma. There is a big hole in my heart that just will not heal. I hope you are dancing in heaven. I love you.
Barb has such a quick wit and I so enjoyed her humor. We shared talks of our favorite shows each week at ceramics and I will surely miss her smile. I feel she is enjoying her new heavenly home and is no longer in pain or suffering. God Bless.

Mom had a wicked sense of humor, and could come up with funny, witty things to say. She was my best friend, and life will never be the same with her gone.
She suffered a great deal during the last couple of years, so death has to have been a relief for her. I will cherish her memory always.
