We were saddened to hear of Axel's passing. I have nothing but great memories of him as a fellow employee at Klauser Corporation. What a nice person, and an excellent baker, too! He and Doris were great to work with. The world is definitely better for his having been here. Peace.

We treasured our relationship with Axel and Doris. They mentored us as young people in the grocery industry and taught us so many invaluable lessons, as they did to so many, many people who they met and worked with. They were an inspiration to us as we raised our two daughters; what fine parents they were to their own children. We treasure the recipes Axel divulged and continue to enjoy his Danish Kringler.
