I met Arlene and Jack at the exercise class at the Ruston Senior Center. I loved the delight their sense of humor added to the pleasure of exercising. My condolences to Jack and Arlene's family.

Arlene was a very special person and I will miss her very much. She always made me feel special and treated me like a part of her family. One time when I was going through a difficult time I saw Arlene at some type of gathering at Judy and Garry's. She came over to me and gave me a big hug and whispered in my ear "Take care of yourself. Don't worry about what anybody else says or does just do what's best for you". That was over 20 years ago but I will never forget it. Whenever Arlene's name comes up when I'm with my son Gary we talk about playing softball with her at the Sandpiper on Mothers day weekend. A special time we'll never forget. To the family, remember all the great times you shared and the things she helped you learn. Ruth & I will keep you in our prayers.
