“We recently made pre-arrangements with Mountain View so that when the time comes things are easier on our children as decisions have already been made and paid for. Neil was easy to work with, understood our wishes, answered all our questions and was not pushy at all. He gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision. We looked at other options, but ultimately came back to Mountain View because of the experience we had in our initial appointment, as well as having had family members work with Mountain View in the past.”
