“A year ago today my grandfather passed away unexpectedly and there was no doubt in my mind that Mountain View was our funeral home of choice. From the first call I made to Sue about his imminent passing to set an appointment, to Russ our Funeral Director who guided us through the process, everyone treated my family as if we were their own.
