Mountain View Funeral Home and Memorial Park is proud to continue a cherished tradition with the annual sale and placement of Christmas wreaths throughout the cemetery grounds. For 70 years, families have honored their loved ones during the holiday season with these beautiful, handcrafted wreaths—each one a symbol of remembrance and community spirit.
This year, wreaths are available for $20 each. Order forms will be distributed beginning November 1, and wreath placement will begin on December 8, continuing through Christmas.
Proceeds from the sale benefit the Mary Bridge Brigade, supporting vital programs and services at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital. This meaningful partnership not only brings holiday beauty to the cemetery but also helps make a difference in the lives of children and families in our community.
The wreath project began decades ago when the Lemon’s Beach Orthopedic Guild approached Mountain View with a heartfelt idea: to place wreaths in the park as part of their annual fundraiser. As the Guild’s members aged, Mountain View gradually took on more responsibility for the sale and placement of the wreaths. Today, Mountain View proudly carries on the tradition, donating proceeds to the Brigade on the Guild’s behalf.
