I am so sorry about Zach; my heart goes out to you, his family and dear friends. We were so deeply saddened to hear about Zach's accident, it just seems so unreal. Zach was a great friend to AJ at Concordia and we all loved him dearly. He was a kid that truly enjoyed life and chose to run with life rather than let life pass him by. He was a true friend to anyone he came into contact with and he always left a memorable impression of a fun loving kid. When Zach was around you couldn't help but laugh, and although we haven't seen him in a few years, I will always treasure the time we spent with him at our house, as well as the time when he went to Silverwood Park with us. He was always a joy to have around and we will truly miss him. If there is anything we can do for you at any time, and I truly mean this, we would be happy to help in any way we can so do not hesitate to email me or face book AJ. I'm not sure how to start this off. It still seems so unreal that our big brother is gone. It hasn't hit me yet and I won't allow it to. Anyone who knew Zach knew that his heart was too big for his own good. He may have had a hard outer shell, but he would do anything for someone he loved. For those who didn't know Zach, I am sorry. He is one of those people that everyone needs in their life. He didn't let life pass him by, he was always ten steps ahead of it. Anyone could see his free spirit and love for life. It breaks my heart that my brother barely saw his 21st year of life, but he lived up every single second he was here so never doubt that. I hope and pray that everyone has a "Zach" in their life. I ask that everyone respects our family and brings only positive things our way. We are a big family and we are holding each other up as high as we can. I wouldn't wish this pain on my worst enemy. And I never thought I'd have to say "See ya later" to my own brother. Times are going to be hard and this pain we all feel isn't going away anytime soon, I just want everyone to know that Zach would want us all to keep living our lives but to keep his legacy going. Love to the Austin's and Berry's. We're going to get through this. Zach, I love you more than I ever thought I could love someone. Even though you're gone your soul still resides in our hearts. Everything I do I do for you. I don't think it was your time to go no matter what anyone says. I'd do anything to take that day back. Now you can watch over all of us in a bigger sense than you were down here. I wish it didn't have to be you. You showed me the brighter side of life and I will continue to see it that way. Hey zachy,
I can remember in high school you wore these god awful shoes with sailboats on them, I can remember us laughing so hard we almost wet our selves, also you coming over after school and having me curl your hair and you taking my pink shirts and wearing them to school. God I miss those days. You were such a great hugger I am going to miss those. We have truly lost a great person.
