Yoshie Schermann's Obituary
Yoshie Schermann, 78 years old, of Tacoma passed away November 14, 2012. Yoshie was born April 30, 1934 in Tokyo, Japan.
She left Japan in 1959 to start a life in the State of Washington.
She was alone until she met her first husband. They had three daughters, which she raised by herself.
She met her second husband, Steve, and married on August 24, 1968. She was the love of his life.
She worked for Milgard Mfg. as a window screener. She retired from there after 22 years.
Yoshie loved her Mariners. She enjoyed gambling and bowling. She loved to sew and cook. She always had an open door to her house and enjoyed having family and friends over.
Her quote always was: -Å"If you leave this house hungry, then that's your fault.-
She is survived by her husband, Steve, of 44 years, her three daughters, Patty (Bill), Nancy (Loran), and Linda (Corky). Adopted by family, Kerri (Mark). Grandchildren, Stefanie, Willie, Joshua, and Nickolas. Great Grandchildren, Faith, Destiny, William, Willie, and Landon. Also, her beloved pet, Ginger.
She was a beautiful woman with a heart of gold.
