Yong Suk Cordero's Obituary
Yong Suk Cordero, age 59, passed away on March 7th, 2010 with her loved ones by her side. Yong was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and came to the United States as a young woman. Yong was a loving, caring person and a beautiful soul. Yong did a wonderful job raising her sons as a single parent and was a very proud mother; Her boys and their accomplishments meant the world to her. Yong's father Bom Su Kim preceded her in death. She leaves behind her Mother Dong Sun Lee and her two sons Michael Kim and Dennis Bom Griswold. Her sisters Yong Ae Kim and Yong Kwang McCarty also survive her. Yong will be greatly missed by the Griswold Family, her many friends and those at the Korean Women's Association where she worked. Although she was taken too early from us, her family is comforted that her wishes were carried out, and she was able to give others the gift of life as an organ donor. A celebration of her life will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home, Aspen Chapel, Saturday March 13th at 10 am.
