The Family of Deacon Weatherby,
I met the Weatherby family in 1968. We became "family" and thus we remained throughout the years. God, in His mysterious & marvelous way brought us together then and He will again in the future. We will miss "Bill," & He will never be forgotten. He was truly a friend; one who did not know how to say "no."
My family sends condolences and wishes for you peace and hope as we look forward to the day when we will all get together again.

I just want to say, I love you guys! And I can remember as a young girl, when I used to walked into our church Mrs. Weatherby would grab me and I would sit next to her almost every Sunday eating candy and whispering to each other!
But as time went on and I got older, I truly enjoyed our talks!
I"ll always remember Deacon Weatherby for his laugh, his singing and clapping... he was always willing to teach if you didn't know or understand something. I loved him for that. He gave the best hug's! He never changed in all of the years I knew him, he was always the same... giving a warm smile and a "Come here" Hug!!
Thank you guys for sharing your loving parents with us for so many years. You guys are a beautiful family, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. God Bless and Keep you.

To Dr. Weatherby and the family, I am so truly sorry to hear of Deacon Weatherby's passing. Your dad and I had a very nice friendship and I often called him my other husband. He gave the best hugs and that smile always made me smile. I will miss my friend deeply. You and the family are in my thoughts and prayers. Thanks so much for sharing your father with all of us.

Daddy I want you to know that you are the most caring loving father a girl could ask for. I don't care whatever I needed you were there for me. You loved me unconditionally. I will miss our daily talks, your wonderful smile and your special winks you gave me when you knew I was down. I am blessed to have had you for 54 years. You were loved and respected by many.
