William (Bill) Woodruff, born July 7, 1928, passed quietly on December 5, 2010 with his family by his side. Retired from US WEST in 1981. Survived by his wife of 62 years, Betty, and his children Joan (Mel) Dieter, Wendy (Mary), Pam (Chris) Shelton, Doug (Mary,) and Terry (Janna), 11 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
