William "Rip" Rohr Passes at 90 Years William "Rip" Rohr, lifetime resident of Tacoma, WA, will be laid to rest Monday, 4/21/14, at 10:30 am in a graveside service at Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood. Rip Rohr is a decorated Veteran of WWII, awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross among others. He lived a long and interesting life, and will be missed by many. Rip is survived by two daughters, Billie and Sandra, and three grandchildren; Sherri, Sean and Matt; close friend Marilyn Cooksie, her sons: Rick and Forrest Pederson, and their entire loving families whom were close to and most supportive of Rip.
